Research was led by a Product Owner, with whom we analyzed the market and user profiles in three regions: Spain, Mexico, and the U.S.
The main challenge was to build a narrative that would speak to globally-minded entrepreneurs and investors, people seeking not only new homes in other countries but also smart real estate opportunities with international potential.
We studied real estate and global services platforms, identifying a clear opportunity: to offer not just properties, but a curated experience that addressed legal, cultural, and emotional transitions, all with an elevated and refined tone.
The creative direction was driven by the concept Curating the art of living abroad, understanding that both relocation and global investment require thoughtful, high-touch guidance.
From that foundation, we designed a site that blends luxury, credibility, and clarity. The structure highlights premium services, Two Lander’s global presence, and the brand’s mission to serve as a trusted partner for high-end investments and seamless relocations.
The entire process was iterative, starting in Figma and validated with real users before moving into final development.
The site was first designed in Figma, with interactive prototypes to test flows and visual decisions. Then, it was implemented in Framer for live deployment.
We paid special attention to typography and imagery, aiming for high visual impact without compromising the seriousness and credibility of the brand.
This website was designed to be more than a digital touchpoint: it’s the foundation of a broader brand system, including a bi-monthly printed magazine that reinforces the company’s presence in the luxury real estate and global services space.
Two Lander exists to support global citizens, whether they’re investing in real estate abroad or relocating to a new country.
More than a traditional real estate platform, it offers legal, cultural, and logistical guidance tailored to each individual journey.
The design had to express that dual mission: inspiring trust, showcasing opportunity, and elevating both the investment and relocation experience into something curated, intelligent, and deeply personal.
